WHY WE SERVE AT BRANCHES
We serve because we desire to make a difference in the community of Marana, AZ. Every team here exists to make space for someone else to encounter Jesus. Some teams set up chairs. Some teach kids. Some pray quietly in the back of the room. All of them matter. All of them are how we build a longer table together.

HOSPITALITY TEAM
When someone walks onto our
campus for the first time, the Welcome Team is the longer table in action.
Before the music starts and before the message is preached, our team is opening
doors, pouring coffee, and pointing people to the next thing — making sure no
one feels lost on a Sunday morning at Branches.
This team lives out Caring Compassionately — meeting people where they are with
grace, a smile, and a warm cup of coffee.
KIDS MINISTRY TEAM
Branches Kids is one of the most important rooms in our church on a Sunday. We're not running a daycare — we're partnering with parents to help kids encounter Jesus in a space that's safe, fun, and full of the truth of God's Word. Every leader on this team is
background-checked and trained.
This team lives out Teaching Biblically — pointing kids to Jesus from the very first
Sunday they walk in.
WORSHIP TEAM
On Sunday mornings, the Worship Team has the holy task of leading Branches in lifting our voices to Jesus. Whether you sing, play, or both, this isn't a stage to perform on — it's a place to point. Every song you lead, every chord you play, every harmony you add is helping our people meet with God. We pursue musical excellence because the Word and the worship deserve it, and because the people in our seats deserve a team that's prepared.
This team lives out Teaching Biblically — every song we sing is theology set to music, pointing our people back to the truth of who God is.
TECH AND PRODUCTION TEAM
You probably won't see them, but every Sunday at Branches happens because someone is at the soundboard, in ProPresenter, or running the camera. The Tech and Production Team makes sure the music sounds right, the slides hit on time, and the sermon reaches every seat in the room. It's quiet, important work — the kind that goes unnoticed when it's done well, and impossible to ignore when it isn't. If you love clean systems and serving from behind the scenes, this is your team.
This team lives out Being Kingdom-Motivated — pulling out every stop so the gospel reaches as far and as clearly as possible, because tomorrow is never promised.
SETUP AND TEARDOWN TEAM
If you've ever wondered how a folding-chair sanctuary becomes a church on Sunday morning, this is the team that makes it happen. The Setup and Teardown Crew shows up early, stays late, and serves where most people never see — building the room that holds the longer table.
This team lives out Being Kingdom-Motivated — quietly building the space where the Word goes out, lives change, and our city gets reached.
